RURAL CREATURES

Series of metal and willow sculptures
The willow is woven around the remains of objects found on agricultural land. These decaying, rusty and deformed metal pieces have been recycled into new categories of being. The combination of willow and metal makes them truly expressive.

THE GLITTER PEOPLE PROJECT

Glitter model figures freeze in action in the middle of a braiding of different materials : cotton threads, ribbons, rope, leather and others. The metaphorical tangling reflects on a world of thoughts. The frames of these braids (piece of chandelier, tree bark, wicker) add clues to the situations of these thoughts.

MUTANTS

A series of objects made using the technique of Bouyricou, traditional basket from Dordogne. This technique is based on a spirally mounted braid giving openwork volumes that combine robustness and lightness.

It is possible to purchase these items, please contact me for more details on their availability and prices.

ODERO

The ODERO weaving technic is well known in Ouganda for making traditional baskets and in Germany for fine basketry. The following items are made with recycled paperbands woven around willow. They are realised to be hung on a wall.
